Research Infrastructure Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Build Simulation Engine: Design and improve a scalable, low-latency engine for simulating real-world market dynamics and strategy testing.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure the engine operates with high efficiency and low latency to mimic live market conditions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with quants, traders and engineers to integrate and test strategies in the simulation environment.
- Market Data Integration: Implement solutions for accurate historical and real-time market data ingestion.
- Infrastructure & Tools: Develop automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD systems to streamline research processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in low-latency systems, C++/Rust/Python, and distributed computing.
- Experience in building production ready simulation environments in HFT trading domain.
- Good understanding of financial markets and HFT mechanics.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in HFT trading environments, especially working in a simulation team, is a good plus.
