We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in AI systems or agents and a solid understanding of Web3 to help drive the development and adoption of this platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI and Web3, and is excited to work on cutting-edge infrastructure that connects both worlds.
Responsibilities:
- Define, own, and drive the product roadmap for our Layer 1 blockchain platform with a focus on AI agent use cases and Web3 integrations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and protocol teams to translate abstract concepts into clear, actionable specs.
- Work with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize features, balance trade-offs, and communicate product vision.
- Conduct user and developer research, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on product direction.
- Stay up to date on trends in AI agents (e.g., MCP, A2A, autonomous workflows) and blockchain infrastructure to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in AI, machine learning platforms, or Web3 infrastructure.
- Strong familiarity with either AI agent systems (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, MCP) or blockchain/Web3 protocols (especially EVM-based chains).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Passion for building foundational technologies and working with early-stage products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on experience working with Web3 developer tools, AI agent orchestration, or decentralized identity/auth systems.
- Familiarity with Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), decentralized key management, or agent security architectures.
- Deep user knowledge of Web3 products (wallets, DeFi, dApps) or AI toolchains.
