About Us

We are a cross-chain liquidity layer that can be used to fill user orders, regardless of which chain/asset the order is from and to. Our goal is to revolutionise capital efficiency and permissionless access to liquidity on-chain to build sustainable decentralised markets.

We work with on-chain searchers/solvers to provide them with the most competitive liquidity to fill user orders, with the goal of harmonizing all order flow into a global orderbook. We are backed by the best Web3 VCs, such as A16Z, Volt and Anagram.

Come join us to make on-chain liquidity great again.

Who are we looking for:

  • Love to build things with lots of LFG energy (lots of bonus points for showing us your hackathon projects)
  • are excited by the idea of peeling back the layers of complex technical problems and working on building novel and highly optimised infrastructure
  • have good domain knowledge around web3 and defi (bonus points if you’re an MEV-aficionado)
  • have with a great command of English and clearly communicate technical concepts
  • like to work remotely in a flexible supporting environment
  • who lives or is willing to work in European-ish timezones (EMEA : UTC - UTC+4)
  • are able to travel freely within Europe (for team weeks / co-working)
  • are eager to be the in the first few to join us and be part of the start-up journey
About the role

We are building high-performance, low-latency infrastructure for ingesting real-time domain intelligence. This will allow us to price inventory and run simulations on execution bundles to determine the optimal inventory utilisation across competing strategies within each time block.

We are growing our team to deliver numerous green field projects to support these business requirements and are looking to hire highly driven developers experienced in building low latency and highly parallelised systems.

Specific requirements:

Essential

  • Highly experienced in building low latency, highly parallelised services using Rust and/or C++ on Linux hosts
  • Experienced building highly scalable systems designed to scale to large data and traffic volumes whilst maintaining extremely low latencies
  • Have worked with order book data and understand core concepts of how centralised exchanges handle order flow, match orders, and execute trades
  • Well-versed in the use of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying services
  • Proven track record of delivering projects with high observability and extremely high reliability
Nice to have

  • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and mechanics of the EVM
  • Experience with web3 and DeFi, including smart contract development and interaction
  • Previous experience using Python to build web services or scripting
Compensation:

Base salary: $150k - $180k/year + Bonus + Equity
