What You'll Be Doing:
- Continue to build stability tools, including inspection systems, efficient problem root cause diagnosis system, chaos drill systems, etc., to make problem discovery, location, and analysis more accurate;
- Continue to pay attention to cutting-edge technology trends, organize the team to learn and improve, and introduce and promote the upgrade and iteration of new technologies in a timely manner.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor degree or above in computer or related major, more than 6 years of experience in R&D and architecture;
- Proficient in using Golang, mastering Java, and proficient in using Springcloud microservice technology stack;
- Proficient in using data calculation and analysis tools such as flink, elasticsearch, clickhouse, skywalking, prometheus/VictoriaMetrics;
- Good at discovering, analyzing and solving problems, with clear analytical logic and overall architecture thinking;
- Proficient in both Chinese and English communication
- Practitioners with experience in stability assurance construction, inspection systems, problem source diagnosis systems, and chaos engineering systems are preferred.
