You Are the Leader:
- Take part in designing, scoping, developing, and maintaining features and components
- Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
- Delegate tasks and achieving daily, weekly, quarterly goals

- Assist in management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and keeping management updated on team performance
