We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Trading Engine team as a Technical Solutions Engineer (API Specialist). This role blends software development responsibilities with a community-facing position focused on the Binance Trading API. You will work within a small, fast-paced team that supports some of the exchangeâs largest clients across the globe.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, solid programming skills, and a deep understanding of exchange API mechanics, along with a genuine interest in engaging with and supporting the developer community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop open source libraries that will be further used by company's clients
- Become the go-to expert on matters related to REST API and WebSockets, managing discussions and queries with the exchangeâs largest clients
- Guide clients to write more effective algorithms for trading, helping the efficiency of our exchange
Requirements:
- Strong command of programming (preferably Python and/or JavaScript (Node.JS), prior experience using exchange APIs would be taken into consideration as well)
- Contribution to open source is a plus
- Business level English. Fluency in other popular languages would be of an advantage, for communication with customers
- Excellent communications skills
- Highly self driven and disciplinedÂ
