What we're looking for

You should have a passion for all things regulatory and legal, confident with creating and commenting on legal texts, contracts and other documents, with at least 2 years demonstrable experience.

You should be a detail-orientated and independently motivated individual, able to communicate with all levels of the organisation, confident in your ability to deconstruct complex and convoluted legal matters to provide guidance and impartial advice to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits
• Coming up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals
• Creating and maintaining digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups
• Designing, building, and maintaining highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
• Working cross-functionally on projects

Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

• Review, comment and create legal documentation to support the compliant operation of the firm, including but not limited to user agreements, data management and storage, operational capabilities and general platform terms and conditions;
• Research, review and make recommendations on legal issues that may arise;
• Maintain a solid understanding of the regulatory environment and how this could affect the deployment, operation and support of SupraOracles ecosystem;
• Monitor, study and develop written summaries of anticipated and endorsed legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry standards, trade journals and other relevant publications;
• Support the finance and technology teams to ensure supplier contracts and other legal frameworks are executed and aligned as appropriate;
• Support and guide the delivery teams to ensure our technology remains complaint with all legal obligations as necessary;
• Represent SupraOracles as necessary throughout the DeFi ecosystem.

And if you have these skills, even better.

• Strong understanding of the startup capitalisation process, particularly related to DeFi projects;
• Strong understanding of DeFi and the products that support the ecosystem operation such as blockchain, oracles, data vendors;
• Strong understanding of the tooling that facilitates engagement with the DeFi ecosystem such as digital asset wallets and block explorers.
