Who You Are:

We are looking for a junior trader to join our team in the Bahamas office. The ideal candidate will work alongside the global team in managing firmwide risk and have a strong background, and interest, in crypto markets. This position will be physically located in the Bahamas, where the company’s affiliate, Galaxy Bahamas Limited, is registered under the Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges Act.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on the trading desk
• Execute trades and manage trade flows
• Conduct risk reporting and coordinate with the global team on risk coverage
• Stay on top of crypto news and latest narratives in the crypto world

What We’re Looking For:

• One or both of the following:
  • 1+ years’ of trading experience at an institution
  • Strong data science skills (python, database work, concurrent processes, parallel computation, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency
• Prior experience in crypto, FX or derivative trading a plus
• Prior experience with OTC trading or crypto market making a plus
