About Garou:

Garou is a photorealistic multiplayer VR platform built to host and aggregate creators’ contents, providing seamless integration, navigation, avatars, tokenization, social layers with a high quality of rendering. Powering the creators with the highest visual standards, Garou is designed to be the reference for emblematic universes such as culture, entertainment, tourism, sport, luxury and fashion, real estate. The following two years will focus on empowering creators' content based on the tokenization of Garou world.

Responsibilities

• Be the head of Crypto and Blockchain technology
• Develop the main vision for gradual decentralization of Garou in partnership with Blockchain entities favorable to the project, and in alignment with Garou’s positioning and goal
• Write and execute the crypto roadmap
• Responsible for implementing integrated blockchain and user’s wallet
• Responsible for hiring and managing teams of crypto / NFTs devs
• Set the technical direction for product development
• Seek grants and opportunities from blockchain partners to start workable pilots
• Ensure coverage and partnerships with blockchain world authority figures
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results

Requirements

In order to define and implement the tokenization of Garou, a photorealistic metaverse built on the Unreal Engine, we are looking for an experienced crypto / NFTs leader

• 4+ years experience as a problem solver
• Experience required in at least one of the following: Layer 1, Layer 2, development of a platform leveraging tokenization “Experience in world tokenization important +”
• 2+ experiences in the implementation of NFTs and crypto
• Crypto enthusiast
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams (E.g.,Developers, NFT, and Marketing)
• Efficient communicator. Both written and verbal English
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Organized and self-sufficient
• Proven record of delivery on time and on budget
• Leadership, team building, and communication skills
• Languages: C++, Solidity, NodeJS or Java
• Good knowledge of Git

Plus:

• Previous experience working with Unreal game engines
• French conversational
