Operations Associate - Web2 to Web3 Transition and Global Project Assist
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in our existing investment portfolio. Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the project owner in managing cross-board operational teams. Coordinate business activities, including meetings, workshops, and conferences. Prepare documentation and communication for global partners.
- Conduct web3 transactions for investment and business development in areas such as NFT, DeFi, DAO, crypto, and metaverse platforms. Analyze web2 applications and identify opportunities for transitioning to web3 technologies.
- Research emerging web3 applications, technologies, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations for targeting high-performance projects globally.
- Support cross-functional teams in understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Proven experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role, preferably in internet business development.
- Strong understanding of web2 business models, technologies, and concepts, as well as a solid grasp of web3 principles and technologies.
- Familiarity with web3 technologies and user experiences, including wallets, NFTs, blockchain networks, decentralized platforms, and smart contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
