Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in professional Game Design
● 2+ years of experience working with Unity
● Shipped or worked on at least one online multiplayer game
● Can create and improve complex systems with attention to the player impacts
and downstream effects

and improve the product
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Great understanding of scale, proportion, and basic art principles

The role will include the following responsibilities:
● As a Game Designer, you will design, tweak, and optimize the player experience through in game properties and level design
● Create design documentation to effectively communicate ideas
● Design unique and interesting levels
● Design interactive gameplay experiences like quests and minigames
● Design and refine features, modes, and systems to help bring our game products
to market across a variety of platforms
● Work with other disciplines to build features that meet product goals
● Create and provide multiple potential designs and solutions
● Articulate trade-offs and risks between different options
● Playtest our game and help push for continued improvements for existing designs and new prototypes
Desirable Skills/Experience:
● Experience with unity level design on real time PvP games
● Experience with accessible game design for broad audiences
● Understanding of Unity particle effects system
● Understanding of Unity lighting/shaders
● Understanding of general game optimization (LODs, draw calls, etc)
