Who We Are Looking For

An experienced Technical Product Manager that has experience leading the product direction for a cross-functional, yet technical leaning team. You will work the full product development lifecycle with a team going from briefs and one-pagers, to detailed specifications, to building a roadmap with the team, to executing in production, to final delivery to customers. You should be a customer-focused, hypothesis-driven product manager that works with a team to find creative ways to test ideas quickly and iterate. You also must develop a strong understanding of the web3 space to be able to know what’s uniquely possible because of blockchain and smart contract technologies.

The Job

• Be the product lead of cross-functional development team across the full PDLC
• Be accountable for the team has a roadmap and clarity on the what, why, and how to meet their objectives
• Fleshing-out product design spec(s)
• Helping determine the resource needs for the team
• Prioritizing the backlog with the team
• Ensure the team makes effective and timely decisions while remaining inclusive to input in the team and from stakeholders

Your Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a technical product manager for another fast-moving tech company.
• Ability to work and lead in a remote environment
• Ability to lead projects autonomously
• Ability to work with engineers and help form products based on what technology affords us to do
• Knowledge of the NFTs, web3 space
