Business Development Manager We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development team, with a focus on identifying new opportunities to expand Kronos Research’s global presence, shaping our international strategy, and managing key strategic partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of our market making services while contributing to the long-term vision and execution of the firm's business development initiatives. Responsibilities

Maintain a deep, up to date understanding of the crypto industry, emerging technologies, key players, and business trends Source and identify the correct set of partners and engage and establish the partnerships to support our goals and business strategy Build, maintain and evolve strong relationships with top partners and clients all over the world. Drive collaboration with partner and internal teams to complete implementation of projects; Work closely with Kronos trading teams to address client requirements and ensure successful implementation and continued use

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of work experience in business development preferably in crypto/financial services/technology/strategic consulting/venture capital industries Proven experience in crypto business development Solid understanding of crypto trading, market making dynamics, liquidity provision, and exchange operations highly preferred Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently to drive projects forward Ability to positively approach new challenges and opportunities, using creative thought processes to solve problems Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Fluent in English Global experience highly desired
