Propr.xyz is building a new Operating System for prop firms, helping them leverage blockchain technology to make them more efficient. We enable prop firms to leverage perpetual futures on Hyperliquid, prediction markets, and spot assets. We are actively deploying our technologies to the largest prop firms in the world. The pace is intense, but the journey is exciting. We only hire A-players. You need to be exceptional.

Responsibilities

  • Build the affiliate program from where it is today into a real revenue line: recruit, onboard, and grow a roster of affiliates (creators, finance/trading content sites, prop-firm comparison sites, PPC affiliates, X/Discord/Telegram operators, sub-affiliate networks).
  • Negotiate commercial terms: rev-share vs CPA vs hybrid, cookie windows, payout schedules, reporting cadence. Set the defaults; carve exceptions where the math works.
  • Coordinate with marketing, content, and product on landing pages, creatives, tracking links, promo codes, and launch windows.
  • Spot fraud early: cookie stuffing, self-referrals, multi-accounting, blow-up farming. Get those affiliates off the program fast.
  • Compliance-aware: prop trading is a regulated grey zone in many markets. Keep affiliate copy and geo-targeting clean.
  • Drive CAC down while scaling attributable revenue month-over-month.

Requirements

  • 3+ years running affiliate marketing as the program owner (not just executing, building it).
  • Track record in web2. SaaS, fintech, online gambling/sports betting, forex/CFD brokers, crypto exchanges, anything with a real affiliate program at scale.
  • Numerate. Comfortable with LTV, CAC, payback period, blended ROI, attribution windows. Can read a SQL->
  • Negotiated rev-share / CPA deals. Knows the going rates in the space and doesn't get cooked at the table.
  • Hands-on with at least one tracking platform (Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert, Post Affiliate Pro, or rolled-your-own).
  • Fluent written English. You'll be drafting partner comms, contracts, and dispute replies daily.

Bonus

  • Existing relationships in the trading / prop-firm / brokerage affiliate world.
  • Experience with crypto payouts (USDC, on-chain rails) and the operational hygiene that comes with them.
  • Worked alongside engineering before to spec attribution / postback / S2S tracking changes. You'll do that here.
  • Comfortable in X, Discord, and Telegram; that's where a lot of our partners actually live.
