Binance Accelerator Program - AI & Platform Product Manager
Responsibilities
1. Manage and follow up on user feedback: Focus on collecting, organizing, and tracking user feedback from users, customer support, or internal teams. Identify issue types, impact scope, and priority, and drive relevant stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
2. Support product issue coordination and execution: Assist in identifying and organizing product-related issues, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and other teams to push for resolution, and track progress until closure.
3. Support day-to-day product operations: Participate in daily product operations work, including feedback management, requirement organization, issue tracking, and process optimization, to improve collaboration efficiency and user experience.
4. Handle basic data processing and analysis: Support data-related tasks such as data cleaning, organization, reporting, and basic analysis to help inform product improvements and operational decisions.
5. Support basic Web-side product tasks: Assist with basic Web-side product work, including pop-up configuration, minor UI adjustments, and maintenance of certain pages such as HR recruitment pages and compliance-related pages. Each area will have dedicated product manager support.
6. Support AI-related projects: Participate in AI-related project support, including requirement coordination, workflow follow-up, and feedback collection. Experience with AI tools or AI-related projects is a strong plus.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s student, strong interest in internet products, product operations, or user experience. Previous internship experience in related fields is a plus.
2. Strong problem-solving mindset: Results-oriented and execution-driven, with the ability to proactively communicate, push issues forward, and focus on solving problems effectively.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills : Able to work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Compliance, with strong coordination and execution skills.
4. Basic data handling and analytical skills :Comfortable with basic data organization, reporting, and analysis. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools is preferred.
5. AI-related skills or experience are a plus : Interest in AI products, AI tools, or AI-related projects is preferred. Hands-on experience in AI projects would be a strong advantage.
6. Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
7. Internship availability: Available to work 3-5 days per week for at least 6 months.
