We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to take ownership of Wirex Pay, drive its evolution, and lead its growth in the rapidly expanding Web3 payments space. 

ABOUT WIREX PAY:

Wirex Pay is a cutting-edge stablecoin payment platform powered by Zero-Knowledge (ZK) technology, offering innovative solutions for decentralized payments. Our mission is to bridge the gap between Web3 and traditional finance, providing users and partners with seamless non-custodial Visa card solutions and real-time stablecoin payments. 

KEY RESPOBSIBILITIES:

• Product Leadership:
  
  • Own Wirex Pay as a product, setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap to scale the platform globally.  
  • Ensure alignment with the company's overarching goals while identifying and addressing customer needs.  

• Product Development & Management:
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new features.  
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and market trends.  

• Web3 & Payment Expertise:
  
  • Leverage deep understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, and ZK technology to drive product innovation.  
  • Ensure compliance with payment systems, industry standards, and evolving Web3 ecosystem trends.  

• Collaboration with Sales & Pre-Sales Teams:
  
  • Support sales initiatives and pre-sales efforts by providing product expertise.  
  • Develop use cases, product demonstrations, and technical support for partner integration.

• Loyalty and Rewards Programs:

• Market Insights and Stakeholder Management:
  
  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.  

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Web3, blockchain, or payment platforms. 

• Strong understanding of stablecoin payments, Visa/Mastercard systems, and decentralized finance (DeFi). 

• Track record of driving product scaling and global adoption. 

• Sales or pre-sales experience is a plus. 

• Familiarity with loyalty and rewards systems is advantageous. 

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation in decentralized payments.
