Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin and Finance Officer to join our team. This role will be integral in managing our day-to-day administrative operations and financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Handle all aspects of the company's finances, including budgeting, accounting, invoicing, and reporting.
- Administrative Support: Support the core team by organizing meetings, managing schedules, and facilitating day to day operations.
- Payroll and HR Support: Assist with payroll processing and act as a liaison for HR-related queries. Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, and expenses.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future financial needs, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in finance and administrative roles, preferably in the tech or Web3 sector.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of blockchain and AI technology is a plus.
