About the role
The primary responsibility of a Product Owner at Enso Finance is to work closely with the engineering team to coordinate and execute features based on the prioritisation of the product roadmap. Additionally you are also responsible to align with stakeholders and ensure ideas become a reality translating into a well specified backlog.
Responsibilities
- Maximizing team output and ensuring product delivery aligns with overall product vision and timelines.
- Building, editing, and maintaining the product backlog—write features descriptions and prioritize tasks for the development team based on the product requirements.
- Brainstorm and discuss the roadmap with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product role.
- Background in software development or a degree in computer science.
- Passion for web3 and decentralised finance.
- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Bonus points: Stakeholder management and previous professional experience in web3
