About the team

At Tazapay, product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, partnerships, legal, risk, operations and go-to-market teams. The cross-border payment platform team owns building and maintaining the core features of Tazapay's Payment Platform, including Payins, Payouts, and crypto/stablecoin infrastructure.

What you will do

As the product manager for Payments, you will be responsible for building global payment rails including traditional payment methods and cutting-edge crypto/stablecoin solutions. You will ensure that enterprises needing bare metal access to Tazapay can successfully build and operate their payment operations across both fiat and digital asset ecosystems.

You will:

  • Build Crypto/Stabecoin Payment Flowsincluding stablecoin/Crypto integrations , digital wallet integrations, blockchain settlement mechanisms.

  • Drive stablecoin feature launchesfrom conception to market, including USDC, USDT, and emerging stablecoin integrations across multiple blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.).

  • Collaboratively partnerwith other Tazapay teams (engineering, legal, sales, support, compliance, etc) early in the product development lifecycle and jointly shape product plans that lead with delightful experiences across fiat and crypto payment methods.

  • Build comprehensive payment experiencesthat seamlessly integrate traditional banking rails with crypto payment options, providing merchants with payment rail access across all payment types.

  • Navigate regulatory landscapesfor crypto payments, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to evolving digital asset regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 2-6 years of product management experiencewith at least 2 years working with fast-paced fintech or crypto startups.

  • Proven crypto/blockchain experienceincluding hands-on work with stablecoin integrations, wallet connectivity, smart contracts, or digital asset payment systems.

  • Deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystemsincluding USDC, USDT, DAI, and emerging algorithmic stablecoins, with knowledge of their underlying mechanisms and use cases.

  • API design obsessionwith specific experience in financial APIs and blockchain/crypto API integrations - you should know what makes a great developer experience for both traditional and crypto developers.

  • Strong technical understandingof blockchain fundamentals, including transaction lifecycles, gas optimization, multi-chain architecture, and consensus mechanisms.

  • Regulatory awarenessof crypto compliance requirements, AML/KYC for digital assets, and emerging regulatory frameworks globally.

  • Data-driven approachwith ability to analyze blockchain transaction data, traditional payment metrics, and user behavior patterns.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fieldwith additional coursework or certifications in blockchain technology.

  • Proven track recordof launching successful crypto/stablecoin payment products or features at scale.

  • Experience with major blockchain networksand their respective ecosystems, development tools, and integration patterns.

  • Experience working with crypto exchanges, wallet providers, or blockchain infrastructure companies.
