岗位职责
- 1. 合规产品规划与管理：
- - 负责数字货币交易所的合规产品的规划、设计与管理，确保平台产品符合各地法律法规和行业规范。
- - 负责分站产品的规划与管理，协同各区域团队，推动产品本地化及合规适配工作，满足不同市场的合规要求。
- 2. 合规政策与法规研究：
- - 持续跟踪全球主要市场的数字货币合规政策和法规变化，及时评估和分析影响公司业务的合规风险。
- - 根据各国的监管要求，协调内部资源，推动合规政策的落地和产品调整，确保合规性。
- 3. 合规性与风控产品设计：
- - 设计并优化合规性产品功能，如用户身份认证、反洗钱（AML）、了解客户（KYC）等，提升平台的合规性和安全性。
- - 开发并优化合规相关的工具和系统，提升合规流程的自动化和效率，确保用户数据保护与合规审查。
- 4. 跨部门协作与需求管理：
- - 与技术、法务、风控、运营等团队紧密合作，确保合规要求和业务需求的平衡，推动产品的合规性优化。
- - 撰写合规产品的需求文档（PRD），协调各方资源推动产品的设计、开发与上线。
- 5. 分站本地化与市场适配：
- - 负责不同区域市场的分站产品规划与执行，根据各国合规要求调整产品和服务。
- - 与本地运营团队、市场团队密切合作，了解用户需求和市场差异，推动分站产品的本地化开发和上线。
- 6. 合规性风险评估与监控：
- - 参与评估平台各项业务的合规风险，并制定合规性提升计划和风险应对策略。
- - 监控产品上线后的合规性执行情况，确保持续符合监管要求。
- 7. 合规数据与报告管理：
- - 设计并优化合规数据监控和报告系统，确保合规性数据的准确性和及时性，为决策提供数据支持。
- - 定期向管理层汇报合规产品进展和问题，并提供优化建议。
- - 提供合规方面的专业支持，解答团队和用户的合规相关问题。
任职要求
- 1. 本科及以上学历，法律、金融、计算机、国际贸易等相关专业优先。
- 2. 2年以上互联网产品管理经验，至少1年以上合规或分站产品管理经验。
- 3. 熟悉数字货币行业，了解数字货币平台的运营合规性要求和相关法规（如AML、KYC、数据保护等）。
- 4. 具备较强的合规风险意识，能够识别和解决产品中的合规问题。
- 5. 熟悉产品生命周期管理，能够独立撰写产品需求文档（PRD），并推动产品开发和实施。
- 6. 具备较强的跨部门沟通和协作能力，能够与法律、风控、技术、运营等部门密切合作。
- 7. 英文优秀者优先
