Job Summary:
We are looking for a junior product manager driven by first principles to build our evolving world-class products. The product manager will execute strategic initiatives and maximize ROI through the research and development of our product suite.
This will be an opportunity to work on a diverse set of product challenges ranging from APIs to enable crypto trading, IRA for investments, credit card processing systems, integrations to banking systems, and so much more.
This is an opportunity to be early in our product-market fit and to help establish the go-to-market with a well-funded and well-positioned company. We already have the first version of our products live with early customers onboarded and using our product.

This role will reside in the office with the rest of our product team in Austin.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Heads of Product and work with design and engineering to drive the return on investment of the ideation and development of your products.
  • Help with the strategic direction for our products (product vision, strategy, and prioritization), through data analysis and research
  • Collaborate with the Heads of Products to get alignment on MVP definition & design, MVP versions (including alpha & beta), and go-to-market phases of product development
  • Champion the voice of the customer and users by gaining an understanding of target market segments, UX personas, pain points, and customer journeys.
  • Deliver measurable business impact by aligning team efforts on the highest value opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
  • Experienced in startup and high-growth environments and with international teams.
  • Experience in the tech field or education in STEM fields
  • Experienced in managing and collaborating with teams of engineers and designers.
  • Familiar with standard product management tools, roadmaps, and analytics (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Experience working with data and metrics to confirm assumptions and make decisions.
  • Good product intuition and judgment when information and time are constrained.
