- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments
- Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making
- Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field
- At least 2 years of experience in team management. Know how to motivate the team to be enthusiastic and self-motivated in their efforts to achieve business goals
- Strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures. Know how to use differentiated growth strategies in different regions
- Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis. Proficiency in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making
- Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
- Bachelor's or Master's degree of top 100 universities in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, marketing, finance) preferred
