Senior Product Manager - Affiliate/Lifecycle
Responsibilities:
- International Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams from around the world to develop a comprehensive strategy for international affiliate product development, implementation, and rollout.

- Feature Prioritization and Coordination: Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ship high-quality affiliate experiences.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, survey data, usability studies).
- Success Metrics Definition: Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, preferably in the affiliate marketing or related fields.
- User Experience: Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices to ensure seamless affiliate experiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve affiliate products.
