Senior Product Manager (Growth)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user growth strategies to enhance user conversion efficiency from user acquisition to long-term retention, boosting key business metrics (e.g. new user registrations, retention, cross sell, churn rate etc).
- Identify core user needs and design AI-driven growth products to drive user growth.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in user growth or growth hacking related fields in the financial or crypto industry preferred.Â
- Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis.
- Proficient in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
