- Take lead in defining product feature requirements and stories to set the team up for clear goals and success
- Ensure the delivery of all operational work for the Compute and Data products, which include but are not limited to overseeing the standard week-to-week requests for new data feeds, configuration change requests of all products, and sunsetting products/versions in a safe manner
- Manage project-based work such as major version upgrades, migrations, and project work for new bespoke solutions or products
- Manage stakeholders expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive priorities, understand tradeoffs, and build strategic direction that align with the companyâs vision and objectives
- Balance investments in new tooling for new products and scalability vs. reliability improvements to existing tools to optimally support the current suite of products
Requirements
- With Git programming, software development, data engineer or similar technical backgroundÂ
- At least 5 years of experience working as a product manager in a startup or fast-moving environment, leading and resourcing teams
- With sprint/agile experience, demonstrate skills of ownership and ability to drive/release products that have made a positive impact you are proud of
- Ability to communicate across teams and plan ahead to remove roadblocks
- Understand how EVM based chains and decentralized oracle networks work at a moderate level
- Understand solidity-based smart contracts and how they interact with each other to create applications or provide data
- Fast learner and ability to multitask while prioritizing needs and measuring tradeoffs
- Strong communicator that is verbally and non-verbally poised, with mindful communication
- Actively listens, observant and confident, with the ability to outline ideas clearly
- Assured, reflective leader with strong morals around teamwork and collaboration with no ego, backed by strong history around improvement/promotions/leading team wins
