Overview:
DV Trading is seeking to add a Technical Project Manager to our growing core technology team and project management function. You will be part of a 30+ tech organization that delivers critical software and IT services to a large and diverse customer base. In this role you will help develop the project management function and best practices at DV Trading, while supporting and managing multiple, cross-functional projects, working closely with Operations, Accounting/Compliance, Engineering, IT, and Security functions to ensure project delivery.

You will work alongside some of the best and brightest technologists in the industry, helping us to deliver cutting edge technology that enables our business to compete with the best in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing multiple project workstreams across various technology and trading domains, while influencing project scope, direction, and success.
• Break down complex projects into milestones, deliverables, and tasks.
• Keep senior leadership informed of project status, risks, and timelines.
• Serve as a key point of contact for cross-team projects to ensure teams are in sync.
• Develop and improve project management standards and processes, while developing better automation and efficiency over time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the trading space, leading programs with multiple dependencies and constraints.
• Experience and/or comfort building out a project management function, including processes to scale, best practices, and documentation.
• Able to develop key partnerships across teams, functions, and individuals at all levels while effectively influencing project scope, direction, and success.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in establishing priorities and proposing new paths to achieving desired outcomes.
• Experience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Comfortable working with Jira/Atlassian Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and thrives within a complex and fast paced environment.
