About the Role

To Review, monitor, and manage the key strategic projects to ensure the completion of objectives within agreed timelines. Reporting to the COO, the position will be responsible for managing and implementing regulatory and market expansion projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the strategic projects ensuring proper implementation of the process and procedures and identifying project challenges and solutions, risks, and mitigation measures, as well as providing detailed feedback to concerned stakeholders.
• Communication Management: Leading and controlling the project communication ensuring efficiency between all stakeholders.
• Stakeholders’ management: Managing project internal and external stakeholders, including daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure successful project delivery and ensure fulfillment of external stakeholders to their contractual duties.
• Specialty Documents: Produce and update all necessary reports for the project showing progress, action pending, ensuring project documentation, and controlling changes.
• Delivery Focused: Track project progress and reporting, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones as per stakeholder requirements, and remain compliant with policies and guidelines. Ensure governance and controls are upheld and delivered on all project assignments.

About You

• Business/accounting related Degree from a recognized institution with a qualification.
• Proven experience in project management or program delivery (Experience with agile and design thinking is a +)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto space is preferred.
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of personal initiative, and the ability to work well in a distributed, multicultural, dynamic environment.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
