Job Overview:

Star Atlas is looking for a Project Manager to join a growing Revenue Operations team.

Being a Project Manager in RevOps means that you will manage, coordinate, monitor and control projects and initiatives which are closely tied to Star Atlas’ Objectives and Key Results. As well as actively working to increase operational excellence and break down internal silos between teams and departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and initiatives end to end
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks/issues
• Create Project charters, Project requirements documents and Business Cases
• Create proposals, briefs and pitch decks for new ideas and campaigns
• Facilitate ceremonies
• Lead stand-ups
• Lead planning meetings
• Lead retrospectives
• Remove impediments
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables (dependent on other teams)
• Prepare project status reports and report on delivery efficiency
• Understand business and operational challenges internally and suggest potential solutions
• Follow and suggest improvements to the Project Governance framework
• Provide improvement input to project management practises and processes
• Assist with creating department and team-level procedures
• Assist with team / department-level planning and setting Objectives and Key Results
• Plan and coordinate live events
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns
• Ensure key takeaways and notes are taken on meetings

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English
• 5+ years’ experience successfully delivering projects
• Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities
• Strong familiarity with various project management and task management tools
• Working knowledge of waterfall (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile best practises
• Ability to dig into projects and initiatives to determine key dependencies and work backward to set realistic but aggressive timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and systematic thinking
• Ability to synthesise complex and diverse inputs to a problem and recommend solutions – using visual aids when needed
• Effective and professional communicator with great interpersonal ability and high emotional intelligence
• Able to influence and motivate stakeholders and skilled in conflict resolution.
• Nurturing great, long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of business / partnership contracts, SOWs / Work orders.
• Sound negotiation skills at management level
• Understanding of the blockchain, crypto-gaming and metaverse space

• Experience working in the blockchain, crypto-gaming and metaverse space
• Experience in working in a fast-paced hypergrowth environment
• Experience in delivering projects in a RevOps or Marketing team
• Experience in working on high profile marketing, brand image, partnership and promotional initiatives
• Working knowledge of the OKR framework
