Working across the Highvibe Network roster of artists, lightworkers, and content creators in conjunction with our ambassador team, our NFT Collections Manager will be the senior influence on evolving our NFT proposition for creators.
This role will be the confluence of artist and company relations, working autonomously across all departments and leading each collection’s marketing and project management.
ROLE STATS
- Full time (40 hours a week)
- Remote (time overlap with Singapore/Dubai is preferred)

- Reports to Director of Operations

- Will collaborate and work with all team members

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
NFT & Crypto knowledge
- Act as the bridge between the artists/art team and the development team
- Contribute to the development of Marketing strategies for each collection and ensure a holistic and coherent approach across all Highvibe Network collections
- An entrepreneurial futurist who knows the crypto and NFT space inside-out
- 1-2 years of career experience in the space, and an ardent community member and constantly tapped into sentiment, trends, and emerging utilities, and ideally has established relationships in the industry
- Manage the entirety of Highvibe Network NFT projects from conception of creative to execution of strategy
- Work directly with creators, and talent to deliver projects on time and to the high standards of the Highvibe Network
- Scalable delivery of NFT projects to multiple creators at once
- An innovative eye for sustained and disruptive transformation in the space
Project Management
- 3-5 years representing a company to external stakeholders, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading a team
- Autonomous self-starter, able to curate and work to standardized critical paths
- The ability to oversee all collections, ensuring the highest level of precision when building, marketing, and executing the development of each collection
- A precise Project Manager, planning logistics and organizing the management of projects with multiple stakeholders and across various departments
- Exceptional time management, managing multiple projects while hitting all deadlines
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years in a career in NFTs or cryptocurrency with successful case studies
- A creative entrepreneur, able to put together propositions with clear monetization strategies and timelines
- Robust project management, curating clear and coherent critical paths
- Tuned in to content creators, with a passion for wellness specifically and an understanding of consumer trends in this space
- Ability to translate complex technologies into digestible terms for internal and external presentations
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to identify priorities and self-manage
- Organized, detail-oriented, great at project management and able to manage deliverables and expectations across different departments
- An excellent understanding of Web3: DAOs, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and metaverse.
- Experience working with Google Workspace, Discord and Notion
