The role will involve co-leading the project and development teams in the delivery of a range of projects, most of which will be mobile using a combination of both agile and waterfall methodologies. This could include large complex web builds, mobile and tablet apps, online games as well as smaller quicker turnaround projects.

You will get the chance to work on complex, large digital builds and as such experience of digital design and build projects will be necessary. We work with internal and external teams, so you will be working with Designers, Developers and Producers from external sources as well as in house teams.

This role would suit an ambitious project manager with 2-3 years of experience in mobile looking to make their next move and build a team around them.

This is a key time to join us after winning multiple awards in our category and becoming a Microsoft, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services partner.

Tasks

Experience running and delivering mobile app based projects is essential. You must have demonstrable experience of delivering mobile app and web projects.

  • Assume ownership stake in all key processes including work in-take, sprint planning, timelines, execution, launch and retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous review and optimization of these processes to ensure alignment with the business and operational goals.
  • An analytical mindset and an ability to organise yourself effectively
  • An ability to translate a clients vision into real world solutions.
  • Managing creative / technical teams
  • Managing 3rd Parties

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as Digital Project Manager or a similar role (e.g. Delivery Manager)
  • Experience and knowledge in projects surrounding web development and mobile development
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies (Blockchain, AI, Cloud etc)
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Github, Trello, Asana etc
  • Knowledge and experience of both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Understand and be able talk about digital UX, Design and Development
