The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to plan and manage complex, technical projects and lead the development team through project lifecycles, as we launch of Aldrin Lab´s next generation Web3 platforms and applications.

You will:

  • Implement an agile development process and manage all aspects of the sprint team deliverables including planning, execution, risk and issue mitigation
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint releases, sprint review, and iteration retrospective
  • Be accountable for the overall success of your projects and communicate with management and stakeholders
  • Porvide sprint team metrics and be the main point of contact with the client for status updates, requirements, priorities etc.
  • Perform tasks including: reading specifications, analyzing documents, creating project plans, determining project timelines within sprint cycles, creating milestones & roadmaps, creating tasks and setting priorities
  • Deliver value by leading project/sprint teams and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Technical Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively resolve resource problems, project roadblocks, and priority conflicts
  • Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
  • Have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development, that translates to delivering enterprise applications and features and able to predict the teams’ needs
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic requirements to keep overall operations running at high performance
  • Conduct post-mortem and perform root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practice to ensure maximum productivity
  • Lead team effort in improvement and implement improvement stories and tasks to increase the velocity and quality of the program
  • Support product owners(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
  • Develop a deep understanding of the project & corresponding blockchain network
  • Hold regular 1:1s with developers to ensure the team is happy, engaged, and works together cohesively, and hold a general focus on team morale and communication
  • Maintain a high level of transparency, thorough communication & documentation using tools such as Slack and Notion

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At minimum 5 + years experience in a project management/Scrum role
  • Expert on implementation of Agile Scrum with deep knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • A strong technical background and understanding of blockchain technology
  • Significant xperience managing technical front/back-end software projects
  • High level of organization to manage a remote workforce
  • Excellent communication both in written and oral formats, with a specific ability to author and communicate project plans and documentation
  • Strong presenting skills for high-level project readouts for senior management
  • Strong knowledge of project management software i.e. Notion, Google Drive
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

  • A passion for decentralized finanace, blockchain technology and/or the future of Web3
  • Scrum Masters Certification or Project Management Cerification is highly desirable i.e. CSM, CAPM or PMP
