Summary of the job

PsyOptions is looking for aRust Blockchain Developerthat can build out next iterations of protocols on Solana as well as help move to other blockchains. The ideal candidateisproficient in Rust. The ideal person understands blockchain concepts that shape protocol architecture and design decisions.

You ship:You make deadlines with clear deliverables for yourself and you move fast. You focus on the things that matter and push back on things that don’t. People know they can count on you to get things done.

You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial:You’ll have (often ambiguous) responsibilities ranging from engineering, product, to operations. While PsyOptions has an autonomous and flat culture where anyone can propose new initiatives, it is also a low ego environment where you shouldn’t be opposed to getting your hands dirty.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Rust or other qualified statically typed language

Plus:

• Fintech experience
• Understanding of AMMs, CLOBs, and other decentralized exchange structures

Major Plus:

• Blockchain protocol development experience
