The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests using industry-standard tools. This role requires proficiency in scripting and working with modern performance testing frameworks and monitoring tools.  Responsibilities:
Design and execute performance, scalability, and load testing for complex systems. Develop and maintain test scripts using tools such as JMeter and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or Java. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with teams to implement improvements. Monitor and gather metrics using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Elasticsearch. Build and maintain test environments, leveraging Docker and containerized setups. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines. Create comprehensive performance testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results reports. Ensure systems meet performance and reliability requirements under expected load conditions.
 Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in performance testing tools, including JMeter. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or Java. Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Thanos. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker). Familiarity with Elasticsearch and distributed systems. Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure cloud environment. Knowledge of distributed tracing tools and performance profiling. Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing performance test environments.
