WHO YOU ARE: You will play a key role in the design, development/configuration, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of ZINNIA software platforms. ZINNIA Senior Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfil the needs of ZINNIA internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help ZINNIA and ZINNIA clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Senior Software Engineers interact directly with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and may periodically interact directly with ZINNIA clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO: •    Develop user interfaces for web applications using Angular and/or React frameworks.•    Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.•    Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.•    Design and implement front-end business applications while working closely with developers and stakeholders.•    Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.•    Facilitate and execute on product’s vision for a modern, frictionless, scalable, persona-driven experiences, which collectively result in the best end-to-end Life & Annuities solution in the industry today.•    Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient code for company platforms.•    Assist in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and improvements to company platforms.•    Assist in defining the requirements for custom built software projects. WHAT YOU’LL NEED:  •    3 to 5 years of experience Responsible for building responsive front-end applications.•    Proven experience with Angular or React (2+ years)•    Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals•    Experience with building single-page applications (SPAs)•    Experience with RESTful APIs and data fetching techniques.•    Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.•    Strong communication and collaboration skills•    A passion for building high-quality and user-friendly web applications.•    Experience working with JavaScript, Typescript and ES6•    Experience working with tools such as Karma, Jasmine, Jest, eslint, enzyme, bitrise, hockeyapp, etc. BONUS POINTS: •    Good to have working experience on enterprise-level applications/products.•    Experience working in the insurance industry is advantageous.•    Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux (for React) or NgRx (for Angular).•    Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
