Senior Web Front-End Developer (f/m/d) - North Macedonia
Your Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Scrum team: implement tasks and stories, ask for guidance and hints when you need some, and ensure that your team mates also receive the support they may need to reach the sprint goals.
- You safeguard the development process by wisely using unit tests on your work.
- You document your work where appropriate (in the source code directly or in Confluence).
- You abundantly contribute your experience in the Refinement meetings as stories and tasks often need concrete participation from the developers.
- You provide early notifications when you anticipate problems.
- You take pride in your work and can present it to stakeholders during the Sprint Review meetings. You can explain stuff concisely to non-developers.
- You make Continuous Improvement happen by actively and constructively participating in the Retrospectives.
You can bring this to the team:
- 5 to 10 years of track-proven, hands-on experience as a senior developer or even as a principal developer
- Track-proven, hands-on experience with developing enterprise-grade applications, preferably using Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
- Extensive, hands-on experience with a Web Application Framework, specifically React and/or React Native, brings you to the head of the line
- Experience with Electron or WebAssembly is a clear plus
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS is assumed
- Experience with the development of web collaboration and synchronization tools (e.g. GoogleDocs, Etherpad, etc.) is a clear plus
- Experience with Figma or similar tools is a plus
- Practical knowledge of Linux, Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience with SCRUM and agile product development methods
- Enthusiasm for software development and technology
- Fluent communication skills at all levels, in English, both written and verbally
