They have raised seed round of USD 25 million, the key investors are Sequoia Capital, Travis Kalanick founder of Uber, Dara the current CEO of Uber, CEOs of other top startups like DoorDash, Gojek, Noon, Karim, Dubai investment fund and Softbank.

This is one of the largest seed round in India and globally, and a once in a lifetime opportunity.

As an early engineer on the team, you will:

1. Build the engineering stack, including backend, web, and mobile.
2. Own and deliver on top-level engineering objectives.
3. Collaborate with team members across the company.
4. Develop and evolve our technical architecture, infrastructure, code quality, tools, and culture to continually step up the quality and speed of our engineering systems.

This role may be a good fit if you:

1. Love building great products and engineering systems from scratch.
2. Have strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
3. Write high quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.

Must Have Qualifications:

1. Bachelors/Master in Computer Science or equivalent. College is important, but your passion for computer science is most important.
2. 3+ years of experience solving complex problems from scratch
3. Prior experience and comfort with handling complex systems
4. Ability to build scalable, sustainable, reliable and secure products that generate user love
5. Experience in one or more languages: Java/Node/React/Go/Solidity/Rust.
6. Ability to bring new practices, architectural choices and new initiatives onto the table to make the overall tech stack more robust
7. History and familiarity with server side architecture based on APIs, databases, infrastructure and systems.
8. Ability to own the technical road map for systems/components

Must Have Attributes:

1. Self-starter, Hustler and Curious to Learn.
2. Thrive in an early-stage startup environment with less stability and more ambiguity.
3. Interest in financial products and/or cryptocurrency.
4. Experience working on service-oriented architectures.
5. Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
6. Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:

CTC upto 60LPA (can be higher for right candidate) + Lucrative ESOPs
