- Lead a team of blockchain, smart contract and full stack developers
- Create the architecture of the backend and frontend systems

Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science (MS preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Experience:Â
- AWS: 3 years (Preferred)
- Technology management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of Unity 3d experience
- VR Project Experience
- Experience with Block Chain and smart contract development
- Experience in a start-up and at least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Build and lead a high-performance team of top blockchain developers and operators
- Proven experience as a CTO or role that would lead to qualifications for a CTO position
- Experience with eCommerce web applications is a plus.
- Experience in Blockchain/DLT/Smart Contract/Crypto tech stack and technological trends to build  strategies
- Real life experience in solidity and having implemented and launched NFT/Tokens in the past.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Expert in Block Chain, cryptocurrency and VR/AR/XR development and engineering technologies.
- Expert in Unity 3D development.
- Expert in 3D related mathematics, data structures and algorithms.
- Expert with smart contracts, NFTs and supporting metaverse technologies.
- Expert with JavaScript, Typescript, Node.JS, React, C#, etc.
- Expert with DevOps, AWS and cloud hosting/server environment(s).
