About The Role

We are searching for an experienced Business Sourcer to join our People team. In this role you will help our teams define sourcing strategy and actively build our non-technical team here at Aptos. We are searching for the top product managers, strategic partnerships leads, and marketers who can build a better blockchain and we need someone who can discover creative, out of the box sourcing solutions. What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top candidates through researching and sourcing for candidates
• Collaborating with the business on sourcing strategy
• Contacting and engaging passive candidates in a highly competitive market
• Qualifying candidates for business, product and cultural fit
• Staying abreast of news in the blockchain, crypto, and tech startup spaces

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency
• Prior experience defining and executing on sourcing strategies to engage and activate passive talent through multiple channels
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
• Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
• Prior experience or familiarity with the blockchain/crypto ecosystem preferred
