After recently raising $225M in series A funding, we are growing our team. The Role Monad Labs is growing quickly while maintaining an exceptional bar for talent. We are looking for a Recruiting Lead to help us accomplish this. As the third member of our talent team, you will join the team in hiring core engineers with deep low level, systems engineering experience, and various other roles as needed. What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end recruiting for various searches (e.g. technical, research, G&A) Create and execute sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best engineering talent No job is too big or too small. You will support hiring needs from writing job descriptions, putting together interview plans, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, coaching new interviewers for the first time, and much more. Develop exceptional remote and on-site candidate experiences with organized workflows, prompt decision making, and relationship building Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to hiring stakeholders and the leadership team

Who You Are

You have a minimum of 47years of technical recruiting experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup preferred You have a track record hiring senior, low level systems engineers You are highly organized and prompt in managing candidate funnels You have excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills You have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships You have the ability to find the hard-to-find; you are tireless in sourcing and pursuing the best leads You have an interest in the crypto space

Salary and Benefits Minimum full-time salary of $180,000.  (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.) Monad Labs’ benefits for US-based full-time employees include medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% coverage for employees); unlimited and encouraged paid time off; monthly mental health and fitness stipend; parental leave; and 10 company-observed holidays. Our team is headquartered in NoMad, Manhattan, NYC.  This is for a hybrid (3 days/week in office) role.
