We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Specialist (C&B) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll processes as well as looking into compensation and benefit enhancement for the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee and manage all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities for Vietnam office (including payroll processing, PIT, insurance, labor contracts, policies, benefits, timesheets ... )
Calculate monthly payroll, PIT, staff allowances, and bonuses in accordance with company policies
Supervise the implementation of labor laws, company policies, regulations in business practices and operation
Prepare internal reports (payroll, costing, and quarterly PIT reports) and other statutory reports (periodic every 6 months) for relevant authorities.
Manage People Operations benefits such as Annually Health Check, Health Care Insurance
Manage and maintain the People Operations management system and labor contract practices
Take part in Onboarding and Offboarding processes
Advise department heads on labor laws, company policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance
Be responsible for Administration tasks
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or higher education in HR, BA or its related field
Fluent in both verbal and written English
3-5 years of experience in C&B position
Strong knowledge of Labour Law, PIT, obligated insurance laws and related laws
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Suite
Well known of HRIS and other external systems
Ability to work independently, have an eye for accuracy and service mindset
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality on work-related issues
