General Responsibilities

• Create and design end to end customer-centric experiences from requirements, user stories and customer feedback.
• Guide the development of products and manage the overall product strategy roadmap to support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders during the product discovery, development, and execution cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in the UX field, focusing on either interaction or visual design for digital products.
• Solid online portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking process and how it translates visually to web and mobile solutions.
• Good grasp of fundamental design principles, grid systems, information architecture, web and mobile interface standards, and best practices for web and mobile platforms.
• Competent in using Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Zeplin.
• Collaborative mindset that can work together with the Product Managers to identify problems and the Development Team.
• Experience in leading a Design Team.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
• Additional skills (UX Writing, User Research, Graphic Design, Animation, etc.) is a plus.
