We are looking for a mid to senior Frontend developer to join our team (remote possible). We are a small passionate team building a solution in the FreightTech area. We are looking to grow our development team to help keep up demand from our customers and growing user base.

Things we need from you

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a front end developer with a focus in ReactJS.
  • Work closely with the Product & Design Team to bring our product vision to life.
  • Have a deep understand of ReactJS and Redux, authentication strategies, responsive design
  • Own the entire lifecycle for the components that you build, with these components ranging from features through products.
  • Write code that - a year from now - you'll be able to look at and *not* wonder what on earth you were thinking.
  • Promote Reliability across all aspects of the system, and use the "Continuous Testing" part of CI/CD/CT to its fullest to help get there.

Tasks

Development environment & Testing

Developing against RESTful services and APIs

Development in an asynchronous environment preferred

Responsive and mobile design

Cross-browser development and testing

Familiarity and comfortable with using and integrating front-end testing into your development process (such as with Mocha or Jasmine)

Happy to document your code

Git version control (we use GitHub)

Special:

Ideally, you should be interested in blockchain development and decentralized applications.

ReactJS

Web3.js, Solidity or other ethereum/blockchain experience a bonus

Front-end and UX design

Experienced in responsive and mobile design

Comfortable with rapid iteration based on user stories, wireframes and mockups
