What we’re looking for

We are looking for a seasoned Social Media Specialist to drive our social strategy and deliver consistent audience growth for the Energi brand.

To be an ideal candidate, you should have a deep understanding of both new and emerging social platforms and their audiences. You should also be passionate about crypto and plugged into the latest social trends in the space, with a proven ability to formulate and implement effective social media strategies across channels.

What You Will Do

• Work with leadership to define social media goals and KPIs for the organization.
• Create a comprehensive multi-channel social media strategy to drive audience growth, awareness, and engagement for the Energi brand.
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce content to support the brand’s social strategy.
• Implement and manage a content calendar with a consistent cadence across all social media channels.
• Support influencer marketing with social content and strategy surrounding influencer content.
• Produce reports on social media KPIs and present them to management/leadership on a regular basis.
• Design and implement specific campaigns to support product launches and other significant events for the Energi brand.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a social media specialist
• 1+ years of experience in the crypto/blockchain space
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Actively engaged in the crypto and DeFi social media space
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Fluent English communicator
• Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
• Values aligned with the Energi culture and values

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar social management platforms
• Experience working in a distributed/remote environment
• Experience working for a cryptocurrency or DeFi project
