We’re now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer, to help us drive growth and impact of the Unchain Fund through meaningful interactions with both Unchain and wider web3 communities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and lead marketing strategy and campaigns
• Build and grow a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
• Coordinate and lead content, PR/communications, fundraising, and creative working groups to achieve strategical goals.
• Proactively collaborate with Unchain’s core contributors and community, taking the initiative to identify, propose and lead growth activities.
• Have a deep understanding of our organisation, products, volunteers, and community, with an obsessive understanding of new web3 trends and opportunities.
• Identify and execute on strategic opportunities to grow Unchain ecosystem and public good impact through meaningful initiatives.

Who is this position perfect for?
This is the perfect job for a seasoned CMO with 4+ years of proven experience in leading marketing and growth at tech startups, ideally - being crypto native and experienced with growing the communities of care.

This critical leadership position will give you the freedom and ability to handle tasks in many different areas and have a real impact in the trajectory of the Unchain ecosystem and in the lives of hundreds of thousands of civilians.

Useful Experience
We believe that anyone can learn anything, and thus we value personal traits more than work experience, but any past experience on relevant areas will be hugely helpful in your day-by-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in a tech startup or small-mid sized team
• Experience as a CMO, growth hacker, community lead, and growth strategist
• Growth hacking track-record
• Experience in building and growing Web3 communities & startups
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively, whilst working closely with the team
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
