We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Crystal team.

Responsibilities

— Develop the product design for Crystal SaaS-based analytics platform;

— Research the needs of potential customers across international markets;

— Develop functionality for new markets;

— Test your solutions before implementation, collect and analyse feedback after implementation;

— Comply with the current design system and participate in its development.

Requirements

— Your experience inDesign— atleast 3years, and asaProduct Designer— atleast 1year;

— Strong experience in designing new products from research to scale-up;

—And, of course, portfolio ofdelivered products;

—Understanding ofmodern principles and methodology ofUX Design;

—Skills inSketch, Figma, AdobeCC (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD);

—Knowledge ofcomposition, typography;

—Sense of>

— Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data that helps ground your decisions;

— Ability towork collaboratively across cross-functional teams and levels;

— Experience working closely with software engineers and abasic understanding ofhow things are built;

— Understanding ofHTML, CSS, andJS;

— Experience working inaproduct company.

Will be aplus:

— Recent experience with one ofthe CRM/ SAAS/ Dashboards

— Illustrations/ Icons design for UI

— Design simpleUI animations

—Experience with analytics and user testing tools

—Experience inmotion design
