Web3 Recruiter
- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah or Remote
- Full Time, Permanent
- Reports to the VP, People and Culture
As a Web3 Recruiter, you will be part of our HR team. Your main duties will be identifying hiring needs and filling job openings specifically around Web3 positions and roles. Your responsibilities will include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, actively sourcing candidates through databases and social media, screening candidates, and following up with new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Contribute to the overall employee experience
- Work with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and position requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement a recruiting strategy
- Source candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness (employer branding) as a good employment opportunity.
- Manage internship programs.
- Provides recruitment reports as requested
You Bring to Daz 3D and Tafi:
- 2+ years of Web3 experience
- 2+ years of work experience as a recruiter
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projectsÂ
