THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements
- Experience leading projects in one or more of the existing Blockchain Technologies e.g. Solana, Polkadot, Ethereum
- Current knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrency markets, ecosystems and ethos
- Ability to develop smart contracts in Solidity or similar languages (e.g Rust, Vyper)
- Interface with stakeholders, executive and technical leadership for;
- roadmap alignment between customer and development teams
- technology decisions on behalf of the Nillion team
- progress report delivery
- Own the delivery of token development and blockchain interfacing capabilities to enable our product roadmap
- Has previous experience leading or managing an engineering team with at least 3 years of general engineering experience
- Passionate and enthusiastic about cryptocurrencies and the DLT space
- Have highly effective communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Have hired and built a blockchain engineering team with an eye for talent and closing incredible candidates
- Strong capability to interface with internal and external stakeholders in order to make our blockchain / token visions a reality
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or another technical discipline from a top university or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong grasp of smart contract design patterns and security considerations
Nice to Have
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure systems (e.g. Oracles, Bridges, RPCs)
- Experience with Rust, Golang, node.js
- Experience in the financial markets / software / DeFi
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift technologies
- Knowledge of cryptography (PKI, digital signatures, ZKP, SMPC)
- Experience working in an agile Software Development environment
