About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understanding core needs and sourcing for potential banking/payment partners for OKX's global centralised exchange products and services.
  • Build and maintain new/existing relationships with a network of banking and payment partners, under a team of Banking Partnership Directors across the globe.
  • Support the team with administrative needs end-to-end during the scoping, onboarding, application, and operational readiness processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Legal/Compliance, Product, Finance, Local Markets, etc) to gather information relevant to forging banking/payment partnerships.

What We Look For In You

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the banking or payments industry. Understanding of payments and banking in the Web3 vertical is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders and manage projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong multitasking skills. Should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote environment.
  • Profound understanding and insights into the banking/payments industry and its relevant regulations, typical processes and controls.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language is a must.

Additionally, the salesperson may be involved in developing sales strategies and tactics, and tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
