Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate market adoption of our cryptocurrency payments platform across key verticals
- Building and leading a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on complex, technical sales cycles- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystems
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align our technical roadmap with market demands and customer needs

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading enterprise software/API sales teams
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations
- Extensive network and established relationships within the cryptocurrency and fintech industries
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency payment systems, blockchain technology, and related regulatory environment
- Experience selling technical integration solutions and API products to enterprise clients
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex integration requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
