Stake DAO is looking for a full time Senior Smart Contract Developer to join our global team of smart contract wizards, scaling our multi-service Decentralized Finance platform.
At Stake DAO, we are serious about creating an amazing work environment, filled with highly talented individuals working towards a common goal. This role will involve leading on multiple projects across different verticals and taking on a leadership role towards junior developers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing, testing and deploying smart contracts (preferably in Solidity, that interact with other contracts on-chain, and have managed at least $500k in value). This candidate will work closely with other senior members of the team and help with sprint planning, execution, code design and reviews.
Along with the skills noted above, the ideal candidate will also have a ‘team player’ mentality and feel comfortable attending meetings and discussions.
Skills required
- High level of proficiency in Solidity, Typescript, Node.js, React
- Bonus: Yul,, Yul+, Assembly (ZK knowledge)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear, Monday, or similar
- Experienced in working alongside other team members with varying skill levels
- Demonstrated high degree of professional or personal interest in the crypto space (owns crypto and has used many different protocols)
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills are a big plus
- Integrity, positivity, and candor are key
