You’ll be buildingmission-critical systems from the ground upin a fast-moving, well-funded environment.
What You’ll DoCore Development- Design and build blockchain-based systems and infrastructure
- Develop and deploy smart contracts (EVM and/or other ecosystems)
- Integrate on-chain functionality with backend trading systems
- Build secure wallet, custody, and transaction pipelines
- Work on high-performance order matching and execution systems
- Integrate blockchain nodes and RPC infrastructure
- Optimize latency, throughput, and system reliability
- Implement best practices in smart contract and wallet security
- Collaborate with compliance teams to align with U.S. regulatory frameworks
- Ensure systems meet institutional-grade standards
- Work closely with product, risk, and compliance teams
- Contribute to system architecture and technical strategy
- Help build and scale CZR’s in-house engineering team
- 3+ years of blockchain development experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more:
- Solidity / Rust / Go / Python / TypeScript
- Experience working with:
- Ethereum / EVM-compatible chains
- Smart contracts and Web3 integrations
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals:
- Consensus mechanisms
- Cryptography
- Wallets and transactions
- Experience building exchange or trading systems
- Familiarity with custody solutions and key management (MPC, HSMs)
- Experience with high-frequency or low-latency systems
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Build a U.S.-regulated crypto exchange from the ground up
