Overview
● Work in a rapidly growing team of best-in-class professionals to execute the
regulated stablecoin into a scalable and reliable service.
● Create the most updated web3 infrastructure and financial services. Build
creative microservices that support stablecoin business with the token lifecycle
management in these financial services including KYC, account management,
payment and settlement, mint and redeem, deposit to earn, APIs, etc.
● Build the stablecoin use case on centralized platforms (eg. exchanges, banks,
card, rewards and payment companies, etc) as well as decentralized blockchain
ecosystems (eg. Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, Avalanche, Polkadot,
etc).
● You should be experienced with blockchain smart contract development,
deployment and understand basic security risks and should have good insight
and understanding of Blockchain frameworks. Further you shall aggressively
learn and grow to be an expert in the aspect of decentralized finance, currency
exchange, crypto payment, NFTs, etc.

Responsibilities
● Build and deploy stablecoin smart contract on different chains/networks (eg.
BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solona, Avalanche, Polkadot, Polygon, etc). Oversee
basic security components of the smart contract. Additional security auditors
shall work with you to maintain the strong security of the ecosystem.
● Build and maintain the bridge network’s cross-chain tools, cross-chain
management of stablecoin and stablecoin issuing/minting/transfers/burning
etc.
● Implement secure and reliable smart contracts in solidity or rust & other
languages. Preparing documentation on system processes. Test and report
various elements of those.
● Take complete end-to-end technical ownership of one or more
applications/products/smart contract features. Investigate and resolve technical
issues.
● Collaborate with the product and business team to design, develop, test, and
deliver the stablecoin platform and new features, across our Mobile and Web
platforms.
● Extending the stablecoin service based on the mass adoption requirement, to
deliver a better user experience and highly scalable services.

Requirements
● 3+ years professional development experience in developing web-based
applications and microservices using Javascript/ Typescript/Golang and others.
Fluency in English.
● 1+ years of significant experience in developing smart contracts in Solidity or
Rust. Deep knowledge of any EVM compatible chain. Interest in deeply
studying the algorithms of complex blockchain ecosystems.
● Strong communication skills, go-getter attitude and willingness to lead
large-scale projects and products, in collaboration with product, design, and
commercial teams, to succeed, to be able to work with a team of ambitious
developers.
● Strong understanding of system performance and scaling. Independent
enough to make important technical decisions on your own.
● Work with internal and external teams to provide our users the best possible
experience developing on blockchains with the focus on EVM compatibility and
other chains and ecosystem.
