Sepana is building the search infrastructure for web3. By creating a comprehensive cross-chain search engine, Sepana is powering both developer tools and consumer-facing exploration. The team has built the first advanced search for BitClout, cloutavista.com, which is now the integrated search engine for BitClout. Sepana also launched AskMirror.xyz, a search and discovery site for the publishing platform, Mirror.

👩‍💻 Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven VP of R&D to join our team.
You will:
- Define tech roadmap, head management of engineering team
- Research and help develop blockchain IP and our open-source programs
- Hire and grow dev team to match the product and company goals
Your background:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with web3, Solidity, and blockchain
- Strong algorithmic background, preferably with search-related experience
- MSc Computers Science or equivalent experience
- Fluent English
- Self-learner, problem solver, and curious person
