About the role

As a Growth Engineer at Ritual, you will spearhead integration of Ritual’s cutting-edge AI infrastructure with partner applications and protocols, expanding the network's reach and impact. Your efforts will allow technology partners in the web3 space and beyond to take advantage of Ritual’s AI infrastructure stack, in creating novel, first-of-their-kind applications.

  • Support the full-scale partner integration lifecycle: including initial scoping, product integration and development, deployment, and maintenance
  • Provide technical support to partners, develop reusable best practices and standards, and work with partners to identify and build new products and usage patterns tailored to their use cases
  • Extend and maintain comprehensive documentation for our integration APIs and SDKs
  • Interface with various technologies, including AI/ML, distributed systems, and blockchain, to deliver robust integration solutions
  • Evaluate and adopt new tooling and technologies to improve any of the functionalities detailed above

About you

This role is for you if you have:

  • Expertise in blockchain engineering, particularly in forward-deployed environments; familiarity with common web3 development libraries and tooling (think, Ethers, Viem, Foundry, etc.) is a strong signal
  • Well-rounded understanding of the web3 landscape; experience interacting with protocols across the stack including in DeFi, different L1/L2 environments, bridges, and more is preferred
  • Strong engineering foundation; fluency in at least one of Python or TypeScript and hands-on experience working with Solidity and EVM smart contract environments as well as Unix familiarity
  • Desire to dive in at the lowest level; experience to know when not to
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities; emphasis on written communication
Extras
  • Experience deploying scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure and applications on AWS/GCP, especially using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Past experience in contributing to or maintaining open-source projects
