TON Society is a global grassroots movement supporting the TON Community through growth systems and events. It builds engaged local communities in 9 hubs across CIS, Europe, SEA, and the Middle East, holding up to 16 events monthly. TON Society aims to develop community leaders to decentralize access to TON's assets and promote a fairer internet.
We are looking for a passionate DevRel Manager to lead developer relations efforts within the CIS region for TON Blockchain. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategies to foster a robust developer ecosystem, promoting TON Blockchain's capabilities and ensuring developer satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new Tact and FunC developers within the CIS region.
- Cultivate strong relationships with developers, communities, and strategic partners.
- Develop and distribute high-quality educational content to empower developers in leveraging TON Blockchain.
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and meetups to advocate TON Blockchain and forge connections within the developer and partner communities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in blockchain and decentralized ecosystems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in blockchain development.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly TON Blockchain, its architecture, and operational mechanics.
- Proficiency in the Tact programming language; familiarity with FunC is a plus.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively and engage with developer communities publicly.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship management.
- Experience with Solidity development is highly desirable.
- English language proficiency at B2+ level.
Primary Objectives:
Your primary focus will be to onboard developers and projects onto the TON Ecosystem, provide them with necessary resources, and organize impactful events to bolster community engagement and adoption.
Location: CIS region (Remote position with occasional travel required).
