Your Role:
As a CTO and Co-Founder, you will:
- Architect and build the back-end systems from the ground up, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Work closely with the front-end engineer to ensure seamless integration
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and other integrations for communication between front-end and external systems.
- Implement database systems handling real-time data w/blockchain integration
- Blockchain integration for governance token issuance & smart contracts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- Back-End - Experience in building scalable systems, highly proficient in one of Python, Go, Rust, Node.js.
- Proficient in SQL & API design (Rest)
- Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Bonus: Solidity, Rust for overviewing smart contract development
- Bonus: Decentralised governance & DAO experience
- Sports Fan but particularly passionate about building innovative solutions that disrupt traditional ownership models.
- Thrives in scrappy environments wearing many hats
- Comfortable with equity-based compensation as an early-stage co-founder.
